Managing My Kajabi Subscription

Learn how to manage and update your billing information and settings.

Quick Guide

  1. Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  2. Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  3. Here you can manage your subscription, change your billing settings, and view invoices.

Where can I update my billing information?

To review and update your billing information:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • From this page you can change the card on file, view past invoices, upgrade or cancel your subscription

When is my next billing date?

To see when you will be charged next:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Scroll down on that page to see your Billing Date:

Where can I view my invoice?

To view past invoices:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Select Past Invoices in the Credit Card Info section:

How do I add an address to my billing invoice?

To add an address to your future invoices:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Select Invoice Address in the Credit Card Info section.
  • Fill out your address information and click save:

Note:
Changing the invoice address will only affect future invoices. The address information cannot be edited or changed on past invoices.

How can I upgrade my subscription plan?

To upgrade your plan:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Select Learn More next to the plan you would like to upgrade to.
  • Continue reviewing the plan and confirm the upgrade on the final page:

Note:

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

To cancel your monthly subscription to Kajabi:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Select "Please cancel my account" in the Plan Details section.

How do I cancel my trial?

To cancel your monthly subscription to Kajabi:

  • Go to your Settings tab from the dashboard.
  • Click on Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Select "Please cancel my trial" in the Plan Details section.
  • Schedule a call with our Launchpad team to let us know what isn't working for you and if there is any way we can help or continue with the cancelation:

Why didn't my subscription payment go through?

If you are new to Kajabi and looking to sign up:

  • Make sure the CC number, CVV, and expiration date you entered were correct and reflect the information on your card.
  • Make sure there is a sufficient amoutn of funds to cover the purchase
  • Occasionally, a Kajabi charge can be flagged by your bank if you do not regularly purchase digital products through Stripe or if the transaction amount is untypical of your account. You will need to contact your bank and asl them to approve the transaction in order to complete the payment.
  • Once the issue is resolved by your bank please sign up and you should be good to go!

If you are an existing Kajabi user:

  • Go to the Settings tab and click Billing under the Account Settings header.
  • Make sure the credit card we have on file is correct and not expired.
  • Double check the card number, CVV, and the expiration date.

How do I stop charging my Members after I cancel my Kajabi subscription?

If you have already canceled your Kajabi account but you are still charging your Members, you will need to cancel their subscriptions in your integrated Stripe/Paypal account:

  • Log into your Stripe/Paypal account.
  • Search the the email address of the user(s) you need to cancel.
  • Scroll down to the Active Subscriptions section.
  • Click the three dots next to their active subscription.
  • Select "Cancel Subscription".
