Why is my member's payment not going through?

Learn how to troubleshoot a member's unsuccessful payment attempt.

If your Member is having trouble completing a payment:

  • Have them make sure the CC number, CVV, and expiration date they entered were correct and reflect the information on their card.
  • Have them make sure there is a sufficient amount of funds to cover the purchase
  • Occasionally, a Kajabi charge can be flagged by their bank if they do not regularly purchase digital products through Stripe or if the transaction amount is untypical of their account. They will need to contact their bank and ask them to approve the transaction in order to complete the payment.
  • Once the issue is resolved by their bank they should be good to go!
